Coaching Agreement & Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in any coaching program offered by Divine Power Awakening, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making any payment towards the Divine Power Awakening coaching program, whether as a booking amount, partial payment, installment payment, or full program fee, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Payment acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement between the client and Apoorva Prakash Saxena.

The client acknowledges that they have had sufficient opportunity to ask questions regarding the program structure, fees, services offered, payment terms, cancellation policy, and expectations before making payment.

2. Coaching Program Nature

Divine Power Awakening is a personal development and coaching program designed to support individuals through structured coaching methodologies, mindset training, guided visualization practices, behavioural science principles, neuroscience-based tools, emotional awareness techniques, relationship mastery, and manifestation practices.

The program is intended for personal growth, self-awareness, mindset development, and transformation.

3. Payment Terms & Commitment

By enrolling in Divine Power Awakening, the client agrees to complete the payment amount as mutually agreed upon during enrollment.

The client understands and agrees that:

  • Payment commitments remain valid irrespective of personal circumstances.
  • Coaching sessions may be paused if payments are overdue.
  • Any delay exceeding seven (7) days in payment may result in suspension or termination of the coaching program.
  • Any amount already paid shall remain non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Booking Amount, Cancellation & No Refund Policy

All payments made towards Divine Power Awakening, including booking amounts, partial payments, installment payments, and full program fees, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

The booking amount is collected to reserve the client’s coaching slot, allocate resources, complete onboarding, prepare personalized coaching plans, and commit time towards the client.

No refund shall be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal reasons
  • Medical concerns
  • Family emergencies
  • Relocation
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Lack of participation
  • Failure to complete the program
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations
  • Failure to achieve desired personal outcomes

However, in exceptional circumstances, Apoorva Prakash Saxena may, at his sole discretion, provide coaching credit for future services. Such credit is not guaranteed and does not create any obligation for future cases.

5. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

The following session policy applies:

  • Sessions may be rescheduled only when requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  • Requests received within 48 hours cannot be accommodated.
  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior approval will be considered a completed session.
  • Repeated missed sessions may affect the overall coaching timeline and outcomes.

6. Client Responsibility & Results Disclaimer

The client understands that coaching results depend significantly on their personal commitment, consistency, implementation, openness, honesty, and willingness to participate.

Apoorva Prakash Saxena does not guarantee:

  • Specific relationship outcomes
  • Specific manifestation outcomes
  • Financial outcomes
  • Career outcomes
  • Business outcomes
  • Personal transformation timelines

Individual results vary depending on personal circumstances, beliefs, emotional patterns, decisions, actions, and level of participation.

The client accepts responsibility for their own choices, actions, and results.

7. Coaching Disclaimer: Not Medical or Psychological Treatment

Divine Power Awakening provides coaching and personal development services only.

The program does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or provide medical or psychological treatment for any physical, mental health, psychiatric, or emotional condition.

The coaching program is not a replacement for:

  • Medical treatment
  • Psychotherapy
  • Psychiatric care
  • Counselling
  • Emergency healthcare services

Clients receiving medical or mental health support are encouraged to continue following the guidance of qualified healthcare professionals.

8. Client Health Declaration

The client agrees to disclose any relevant medical, psychological, or psychiatric conditions that may impact their participation in the coaching program.

By joining Divine Power Awakening, the client confirms that participation is voluntary and that they understand the nature and limitations of coaching services.

9. Confidentiality

All personal information, discussions, experiences, and details shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential.

Confidential information may only be disclosed in circumstances including:

  • Where required by law
  • Where there is a serious risk of harm to the client or another person
  • Where disclosure is necessary to protect legal rights

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided as part of Divine Power Awakening, including but not limited to:

  • Meditation recordings
  • Worksheets
  • PDFs
  • Videos
  • Audio files
  • Exercises
  • Affirmations
  • Frameworks
  • Coaching methodologies
  • Training materials

are the exclusive intellectual property of Apoorva Prakash Saxena.

The client agrees not to:

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Modify
  • Distribute
  • Sell
  • Upload
  • Share with third parties
  • Use commercially

any program materials without prior written permission.

11. Communication & Support

Support outside scheduled coaching sessions shall only be provided through communication channels officially specified by Apoorva Prakash Saxena.

Response times may vary depending on business hours, workload, and availability.

The client agrees to maintain respectful and appropriate communication at all times.

12. Termination of Services

Apoorva Prakash Saxena reserves the right to suspend or terminate coaching services in situations including but not limited to:

  • Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour
  • Repeated violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Non-payment of agreed fees
  • Behaviour that negatively impacts the coaching relationship
  • Circumstances where continuation of coaching is deemed unsuitable

In such situations, any refund or coaching credit decision shall remain at the sole discretion of Apoorva Prakash Saxena.

13. Limitation of Liability

Apoorva Prakash Saxena shall not be held responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, emotional, financial, professional, business, relationship, or consequential loss arising from participation in Divine Power Awakening.

The client accepts full responsibility for:

  • Personal decisions
  • Actions taken
  • Choices made
  • Implementation of coaching guidance
  • Outcomes achieved

14. Refund Request Process

Any exceptional refund request must be submitted in writing through the official communication channel provided by Apoorva Prakash Saxena.

Submitting a refund request does not create any entitlement or guarantee of approval.

All decisions regarding refunds, cancellations, coaching credits, or continuation of services shall remain at the sole discretion of Apoorva Prakash Saxena, subject to applicable laws.

15. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to Divine Power Awakening, these Terms & Conditions, or coaching services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete agreement between the client and Apoorva Prakash Saxena.

They supersede all prior verbal discussions, informal communications, representations, or understandings relating to the Divine Power Awakening coaching program.

Client Acknowledgement

By making payment towards Divine Power Awakening, the client confirms that:

✓ They understand that results depend on their personal participation and implementation.
✓ They accept responsibility for their own decisions and outcomes.

Client acceptance is confirmed through payment towards the program.
