Welcome to Divine Power Awakening, a coaching and personal development program offered by Apoorva Prakash Saxena.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms applicable to payments, cancellations, and refund requests made for our coaching programs, sessions, and services.

By purchasing any program, service, or session from Divine Power Awakening, you acknowledge and agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Payment & Enrollment Policy

All payments towards Divine Power Awakening programs must be made in advance through the authorized payment methods provided by Apoorva Prakash Saxena.

The payment amount will vary depending on the selected program, package, or service and will be clearly displayed before completing the transaction.

Once payment is successfully completed:

  • Your coaching enrollment is confirmed.
  • Your slot allocation, onboarding process, and program preparation begin.
  • You become bound by the Terms & Conditions and policies of Divine Power Awakening.

2. No Refund & Non-Transferable Policy

All payments made towards Divine Power Awakening, including:

  • Booking amounts
  • Advance payments
  • Installment payments
  • Full program fees
  • Session fees

are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

This policy applies irrespective of the reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal circumstances
  • Lack of participation
  • Inability to attend sessions
  • Medical concerns
  • Family emergencies
  • Relocation
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations
  • Failure to implement coaching guidance
  • Failure to achieve desired outcomes

The payment made reserves dedicated coaching time, resources, preparation, onboarding, and access to program services.

3. Exceptional Consideration

In rare and exceptional circumstances, Apoorva Prakash Saxena may, at his sole discretion, review a refund request or provide coaching credit for future services.

Such consideration:

  • Is not guaranteed.
  • Does not create any obligation or precedent for future requests.
  • Will be evaluated individually based on the circumstances.

The final decision regarding refunds, credits, or continuation of services shall remain with Apoorva Prakash Saxena.

4. Payment Plans & Installments

For clients enrolled through installment payment options:

  • The client agrees to complete the full payment commitment as mutually agreed during enrollment.
  • Coaching services may be paused if payments are delayed.
  • A delay exceeding 7 days may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • Any amount already paid remains non-refundable.

5. Session Cancellation & Rescheduling

For individual coaching sessions:

  • Sessions can be rescheduled only with a minimum notice of 48 hours.
  • Requests made within 48 hours may not be accommodated.
  • Missed sessions or no-shows will be considered completed sessions.

6. Refund Request Process

  • Date of payment
  • Reason for requesting consideration
  • Relevant details supporting your request

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Once reviewed, you will receive a response regarding the decision.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved by Apoorva Prakash Saxena, it will be processed within 7–14 working days.

The actual time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.

8. Client Responsibility & Results Disclaimer

Divine Power Awakening provides coaching, mindset training, meditation practices, and personal development tools.

Results depend on several factors including:

  • Client participation
  • Consistency
  • Implementation
  • Openness to change
  • Personal circumstances
  • Individual actions

No specific relationship, financial, professional, or manifestation outcome is guaranteed.
